What We Do

Think clearly. Feel confidently. Act wisely.

The Passion Hub exists to help young people build the right foundations — the ones that underscore a successful future, long before the first big decision has to be made.

identity first, then everything else.

The Kind of Young Person We Want to Build

Our dream for anyone who works with us is to become like the boy who harnessed the wind.

The picture

William Kamkwamba — the boy who harnessed the wind

He recognised a problem, understood what he was capable of, looked around for the resources already within his reach, and used them to transform his community in his own way.

That's the kind of young person we want to build. Not someone who shrugs at things and goes back to scrolling to pass the time — but someone moved to build a better life with the raw material of who they already are.

Our Work Is Four-Fold

Equip — Our primary focus

Teenagers & Young Adults

We equip teenagers and young adults with the personal identity frameworks that help them discover their gifts and calling, and practical ways to turn those into vision-driven lives. So whether in school or out of school, they aren't waiting on anyone's permission to do what they believe can change their conditions.

Support

Parents

We support parents to raise children who are confident in the way God has made them — rather than measuring them only by academic or extracurricular excellence.

Empower

Teachers

We empower teachers to rediscover the joy of teaching, giving them practical personal identity frameworks to help them know who they are — and transfer that to the children they teach. We dream of schools where "problem children" no longer exist, because teachers know how to connect with the real child and push them kindly toward the future ahead of them.

Partner

NGOs & Organisations

We partner with NGOs and organisations working with vulnerable youth, providing a framework that lets the young people they serve discover who they really are — then build on it with the skills and other training they're already receiving.
