A one-month programme for BECE and WASSCE graduates — to figure out who you actually are, how you're wired, and where you're going. Before results day makes those decisions for you.
"You studied for years. You walked out of that exam hall. And now you're just… waiting."
Waiting for results. Waiting for your parents to tell you what course to pick. Waiting to feel like yourself again.
Most people will float through this whole period — and come out the other side with no idea who they really are. Just a certificate and someone else's plan.
You don't have to do that.
The Transition Bootcamp is a full month to do the one thing school never gave you time for — to figure out who you actually are. Not your grades. Not your family's plan. Not the version of you built by what went wrong.
By the end, you'll walk away with a clear sense of who you are, how you think, what you're built for — and a written Identity Statement you'll carry for the rest of your life.
You'll name the version of you built by other people's words, your failures, and your fears — and find out what was actually underneath all of it. This is the most important thing you'll ever do.
School tests two kinds of intelligence and calls it everything. You have at least seven. You'll map yours — and learn how to use the way your brain actually works to study better and think sharper.
You're not a blank slate. You're wired with specific gifts and a specific kind of contribution. You'll identify yours — and see where it fits in the bigger story of your generation.
You'll walk out with one clear sentence — your own personal declaration of who you are and what you're here for. A card you'll keep and build everything else from.
Africa carries more potential than any system is currently unlocking. You'll see exactly where your gifts fit into what your generation is being called to build — and understand that what you carry has been running through history long before you were born. You're not starting from zero. You're picking up a baton.
Every session moves you closer to the most important thing you'll write in this programme. It's called your Identity Statement — and it looks like this:
"I am one carried and kept through every season (P Presence), wired to build and architect what preserves life (C Calling) — to keep people alive through foresight and good systems."By the end of this bootcamp, you'll have your own version of that. In your own words. About your actual life.
Each session is 2–3 hours of real, focused work. No lectures you'll forget by dinner. Real conversations and real discoveries — about you.
You'll meet the version of you built by your family, your failures, and your fears — and find out what was actually underneath all of that. Through story, honest assessment, and structured reflection, you'll walk away with the first clear picture of who you are.
You'll discover your Gift Role — the specific way your mind and heart naturally work. And you'll map yourself onto a historical relay lane, meeting the people who have already run your kind of contribution through history. You'll write your Identity Statement for the first time.
You'll discover your real intelligence profile — not just what school measures — and learn how to study, prepare, and think in a way that's built around how you're actually wired. You'll leave with a learning strategy that's yours.
You'll connect your identity to a real problem you care about, real people you're called to serve, and a real first step you can take right now. You'll walk away with a direction — not a finished plan, but a true beginning.
You just finished BECE or WASSCE and you're waiting for results.
You're between 14 and 19 and you genuinely want to figure out who you are.
You're tired of letting other people decide what you're worth and where you're going.
You've been choosing courses and directions based on pressure, not purpose.
You feel like there's more to you than what your results will show.
You want to go into your next season — SHS, university, work, or training — knowing who you are.
Premier cohort applications open 19th June and close 26th June 2026. The bootcamp runs 6th July to 31st July 2026. Launches every year after national BECE and WASSCE exam calendars close.
In-person. Greater Accra. Venue communicated directly to selected applicants before the bootcamp begins.
One month. Daily weekday sessions. Each session is 2–3 hours of real, focused work in a small group.
Every activity, every reflection, and your Identity Statement all live in one workbook that's yours for life. Including a tear-out card for your Identity Statement — something to carry in your wallet long after the bootcamp ends.
One of the most practical things this work does: when you understand your internal design, choosing a course or programme becomes clear — not stressful. You stop picking based on what parents expect or what sounded safe, and start choosing from what you can actually build a life from. That clarity saves you years of doing something you can't sustain.
You have a month between exams and results.
Most people will waste it. This is what you do with it instead.
